What is RentCure?
RentCure is a rent management app for landlords and tenants in India. Owners track properties, tenants, rent, electricity readings and expenses. Tenants view dues and pay by UPI.
Is RentCure free?
Yes. The free plan supports up to 3 tenants. Paid plans remove the limit and add PDF receipts, cloud sync and UPI links.
How much do the paid plans cost?
Monthly is 99 rupees per month, Annual is 799 rupees per year, and Lifetime is a one-time 1,499 rupees. Check the Plans screen in the app for current prices.
Does RentCure work in Hindi?
Yes. The app works in English and Hindi, and you can switch the language inside the app.
How do tenants pay rent?
Tenants pay through UPI and can upload a payment screenshot. The owner then verifies the payment.
Can I install RentCure on my phone?
Yes. Open curerent.com in Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone and choose Install app or Add to Home Screen.
How do tenants log in?
The owner shares an Owner Code. The tenant opens the app, chooses Tenant, enters the Owner Code, selects their name and enters a PIN. The owner can share these steps on WhatsApp from the app.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export data as CSV and keep a JSON backup.
Can I make a rent receipt without signing up?
Yes. Use the free rent receipt generator on this website. It runs in your browser and does not upload your details.
