Simple monthly routine

1. Your tenant sends the meter reading in the app.
2. You approve it, or reject it with a reason if it looks wrong.
3. The tenant pays by UPI and uploads the screenshot.
4. You verify the payment and the record is updated.
5. You create a PDF receipt if the tenant needs one.
